Let’s start with an intro to International Local Authorities Internship Program in Turkey, this International Summer Internship program is annually organized by the Union of Municipalities of Turkey since 2012 for global students. The aim of this Summer Internship in Turkey by UMT is to provide local governance training to international participants through different instructions, hands-on experiences, practical examples as well as field visits that include different social activities and trips to various cities of Turkey.
Every year the UMT offers International Paid Internship to worldwide students. The union of Municipalities of Turkey is with the collaboration of the Turkey Government Scholarship Programs. LOCAL International Internship program is invited international participants from all over the world (More focus on Europeans, Asian, and Middle Eastern countries) to participate in an international training environment to learn social and experience the real-life examples and good practices along with municipal work.
This LOCAL International Internship program is one of the Fully Funded Turkey Internship programs, that will cover almost all the expenses of all the successful participants by UMT. International students from all over the world are eligible to apply for this Paid Internship program in Turkey. This Summer Internship will offer in multiple fields. The student with any academic background is eligible to apply. There are no specific requirements. There is No Application Fee as well as No IELTS / TOEFL required.
Like the previous ones, this international internship program will provide free trips to various Turkey cities, and social activities, facilitate different training, and field visits as well as different social-cultural activities for local and global future leaders. The participants will also experience the benefits of local government organizations by the Union of Municipalities.
